The other morning, MAC's Stars and Rockets eyeshadow was staring up at me whispering 'use meee, I promise I'll try and be flattering!' and so I decided to give it a shot!
I find purples hard to work with as I don't feel that they suit me very much, but I was quite happy with the duochrome sheen that Stars and Rockets gave my eyes. I used it all over the lid (and along lower lashline) with Fyrinnae's Princess of Darkness on the outer v for some depth. I am head over heels for both shades, they are really beautiful.

@Lisa thank you, I find it is one of the few purples that I think flatter me!
DeleteYessss! That is flattering on you and I'm loving it - not just because I'm biased about purple either :)
ReplyDelete@Vita thank you! Maybe you can turn me onto loving purple too!
DeleteSuch pretty eyeshadows, they're really quite soft looking even though they're colourful. Definitely a very wearable everyday look but also a change from neutrals :)
ReplyDelete@sleepandwater I agree, there is something soft though it is a brighter look.
DeleteVery pretty Emma.
ReplyDelete@Jacqueline thank you so much!
